mélange #2: sensualist (2010) is the latest issue of my perzine – a mish-mash of text and photos.
Hangovers, even small ones, seem to trigger all the bad-feeling parts of my brain – the sad, lonely, anxious, paranoid parts. Silly as it sounds, I do sometimes fancy a drinking binge as an “exercise in self-awareness”. Learning to be a connoisseur of living by observing and appreciating the indulgence and grotesquery of real life. This is mélange #2: sensualist, where we explore these things.
This zine is about appreciating life through wine, beer, food, holidays, hangovers and good company. Half-size (A5), b&w, 32pp.
